HDB Differential Phasing Pancake Type
The HDB is a differential phasing double pancake design used for phase shifting differential applications. It is most often applied in printing, converting, and packaging applications where the wave generator is held stationary except when making intermittent registration / phase shifting adjustments. Conic Systems also offers the HDB packaged in a complete shaft mount differential gearbox.
Sizes:
20, 25, 32, 40, 50
- 1:1 through ratio differential
- Developed for print registration or phase shifting applications
- Available as an enclosed shaf-mount gearbox
- Trim ratios of 50 to 200:1
- High positional accuracy with low velocity ripples offers excellent registration control
