SHF CR1 Gearheads

SHF Harmonic Gearing with Integrated Cross Roller Bearing

The SHF-CR1 series is a high-performance, zero tooth backlash gearhead that integrates a cross roller output bearing and features a hollow input shaft. They are ideal for robot arm and automation applications such as SCARA and gantry robots. The SHF offers superior motion control with superb positional accuracy and repeatability to ± 0.25 arc-sec. An optimized tooth profile and wave generator shape allow for a greater area of tooth engagement, high torque capacity and torsional stiffness. The standard SHF includes a hollow wave generator bore. Optional inputs utilizing an Oldham coupling and shafting are available as required. Standard sizes are available with torque capacities to 372 Nm. High torque options, larger units, and customized units are available upon request.
